We have segregated the entire range by type of snacks (Chips, Bars, Nuts, Chocolates, Cookies, Juices etc) and also by specialty (Gluten Free, Organic, Vegan, Sugar Free …) for easy search. Simply choose the category you prefer to see the list of all snacks under your chosen type/category, Select the snack, get all the information about it, Place the order and get your favourite snacks delivered. You can even suggest the snacks that you would like to see on the store (fill your WISHLIST) and we will work to make them available as soon as possible.

Yes we have a very rewarding membership programme. Our members enjoy many benefits (like getting points on every purchase for future redemption, Repeat past orders in just one click, Option to become our Taste Masters and much more), Membership is free. It is not mandatory to become our member to order your snacks. You can get your favourite snacks and enjoy our same service quality as a guest also. For orders received by 4:00 pm, we deliver next day and Orders received after 4:00 pm are delivered the day after. Please refer our Shipping & Delivery section for more details. Currently we deliver in the Emirate of Dubai only and we will start deliveries to other Emirates very soon, meanwhile you may write to us at hello@snackyourway.ae for further guidance if you want delivery in other Emirates.

There is no minimum order condition and you can order for any amount of your choice. However for the orders of less than AED 100 value, we have a nominal delivery charge of AED 10. (Free delivery for orders of AED 100 and above).

You can change, cancel or re-schedule your order upto one day prior to your scheduled delivery date by either sending us an email at order@snackyourway.ae with your order number and your request or by calling our customer support team at +971 557440512.

If you think that you may not be available at the delivery address you provided in time to receive your scheduled delivery, or if you miss your delivery, please call/whatsapp snackyourway customer Service at +971 557440512 quoting your order number for further guidance. When you’re not home during your scheduled delivery day, we will do our best to redeliver your order the next day

Currently You can pay Cash On Delivery and soon we will add more options for payment. You will find the available payment options to choose from on your checkout page. And you can even pay by using your member points.

Yes, use of credit/debit cards on snackyourway.ae will be completely safe once we start accepting payments online. From time to time and as and when applicable, we send samples to our members along with their order and it will be mentioned on the invoice. We request them to try and give us their feedback / suggestions to help us bring the right variety on our site.

Our members gets points every time they purchase ( 1 point for AED 25 purchase and in multiples of AED 25 thereafter). And they can use the points to buy their favorite snacks (1 point = AED 1 in value). Simply putting, its your cash that you can use to buy snacks in your future orders.
