We evaluate quality in terms of freshness, appearance, tastes and also accurate order fulfillment to ensure you get exactly what you have ordered. While we endeavor to offer a zero defect snackyourway service, however there might be a rare occasion when you may like to return a product. Therefore please go through the details of our returns & refund policy as below :

 

Can I return an item from my order ?

We advise and encourage you to check your order at the time of delivery to ensure you received your order to your full satisfaction. Your snackyourway driver will gladly help you verify the items as per your order / invoice. You can return the products to our delivery person at the time of delivery in case if you find :

An item is not as per your order (wrong item)
An item is in physically damaged condition

In such cases, your snackyourway driver will mention the returned item details (item name & qty returned) in his Invoice copy and also he will take them off your invoice. Please sign the invoice and pay the final amount (after adjusting returns, if any) if the payment is Cash on Delivery. For payments made online, the refund amount equal to the value of items returned will be processed within 14 days and the amount will be credited back to the same card you had used to make the payment. Please note that once the delivery is complete from our side, we will not accept any returns after that.

 

What if an item is short on delivery ?

In case if you find any item short on delivery, please ask your snackyourway driver to mention the details of short delivery in your invoice as well as his invoice copy. He will accordingly take that item off your invoice and please sign & pay the final amount (after adjusting short delivery item) in case if the payment is Cash on Delivery. For payments made online, the refund amount equal to the value of items short delivered will be processed within 14 days and the amount will be credited back to the same card you had used to make the payment. You can also let us know if you would like us to deliver the short delivered items and we will fix the delivery schedule with you to deliver them at earliest. Please note that once the delivery is complete from our side, we will not entertain any short on delivery requests after that.

 

What happens to my reward points in case of returns ?

As a fair practice, the number of reward points (for snackyourway.ae members) will be adjusted according to the final value of order delivered. The calculation of points adjustment will happen in the same way that was applicable online at the time of ordering.

Further please note that As mentioned in the Terms of Use, Snackyouray.ae does not warrant the satisfaction or manufacturing defect of any products sold on its site and snackyourway.ae is not liable or obliged to provide refunds for any concern with regards to taste, appearance, claims or performance of the products is not as per the customer satisfaction.
